Did you know that May 1 to 16 is Science Odyssey week in Canada? This NSERC initiative is a campaign that celebrates Canadian achievements in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). Each year in May, hundreds of science outreach leaders deliver fun, engaging and inspiring activities to Canadians of all ages. Scientists in School is a proud partner of Science Odyssey and would be pleased to offer the young scientists from Edwardsburgh Cardinal Public Library one fully sponsored 60-minute virtual workshop. 

Scientests in School presents... Scientists in Situ!

Up and Down, All Around is a 60-minute workshop available for 15 children between the ages of 4 and 12.

Explore how things move! Discover the science behind a magic trick, defy gravity by creating a balancing bird, and engineer an elastic racer to chase down Newton's Laws. We'll be on the move!
