Mental Health is an important and challenging topic for all of us. Our expert panel will dive into the challenges women face in balancing careers, relationships, and personal life, offering practical insights on how to nurture your mental health and build resilience.

The speaker panel will include Courtney Vezina from Courtney James Counselling & Psychotherapy , Tiara Brousse from One Wise Body, and Tara S haw from Loose Grip Athletics.

Tickets are $7.00 each and will be available starting on December 7, 2024. Please select Virtual or In Person Attendance when purchasing your ticket. Virtual Attendance will include a Zoom link to participate in the speaker portion of the event.
